Ingredents:

  • Chicken Breast Sliced -200gm
  • 1 large 0nion diced 
  • 1 medium large capsicum diced
  • 2 medium, tomato diced 
  • 2 less spicy green chilly shredded 
  • Garlic Chopped -3pods
  • Spring Onion Chopped -1 stalk
  • Oyster Sauce -1 tbsp.
  • Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp.
  • Light Soy Sauce -10ml
  • Sesame Oil -10ml
  • MSG -10gm
  • Pepper Powder -6gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable Oil For Fry -50ml
  • Corn flour - 3 tbsp.
  • Refined Flour -1 tbsp. 
  • Ginger Garlic Paste -1tbpsp.
  • Egg whisked - -1/2

Method


Marinate Chicken Slice with salt, 3gm pepper, 5gm MSG, Ginger Garlic Paste, egg, Corn flour, and Refined Flour, mix well and deep fry untill golden brown keep aside,
take a large skillet and heat put some oil add chopped garlic, Green Chilly, onion, capsicum, tomatoes, stir well in high flame then add hot sauce, oyester sauce, tomato ketchup, salt pepper, MSG, soy sauce mix well & add chicken cook 2 minutes on high flame add sesame oil and spring onion transfer on the plate and serve hot.
